On the 11/30/2009 BOA stole the sum of $3.140.87 from my personal checking account.

All my telephone requests for clarification were, diverted from one department to another and stonewalled until this very day. On the 3/1/2010 I visited BOA branch in Hickory. The branch had no access to the information, thus a 1-888 phone number was contacted: While sitting at the branch manager’s office, BOA's Mrs Williams notified on the phone, that she also has no details. Only that I've been charged for fees on my Business VISA accounts. "BOA has all your accounts connected so they can do whatever they want.". I am currently requesting injunctions; A. For the BOA to issue immediate refund of the sum $3.140.87 - until such time it can present the court evidence to its claim and its veracity legally challenged. B. Court restraining order against BOA for any financial, credit or legal activities against myself and my company, Jonber Silver Inc. 

 In order to allow the Hickory police department, the FBI and the District Attorney of Catawba County, time to evaluate my claim of BOA embezzlement regarding: 1. My personal and business Visa accounts. 2. My personal checking account. 3. My company's checking account. 4. My Government Guaranteed Small Business loan payments. 5. My Catawba county resident home Mortgage payments. 
All this despite, high credit ratings result of impeccable payment record during some 11 years of patronage.
